Terms of Service for Horizon PMS

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Horizon PMS, a property management software platform operated by Smartek Premium Technical Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Horizon PMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Horizon PMS provides software tools and related services for property management, tenant management, maintenance workflows, analytics, communications, and operational administration.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system security, upload malicious code, or use Horizon PMS in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

5. Customer Data

You retain responsibility for the data you or your organization submit to Horizon PMS. You must ensure that you have the right to collect, use, and manage any personal data processed through the platform.

6. Privacy

Your use of Horizon PMS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://horizon-online.uk/privacy-policy.

7. Third-Party Login Services

Horizon PMS may support third-party login providers such as Facebook Login. Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.

8. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Horizon PMS, excluding customer-provided data, remain the property of Smartek Premium Technical Services or its licensors.

10. Disclaimer

Horizon PMS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smartek Premium Technical Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Horizon PMS.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Horizon PMS if you violate these Terms, create security risks, or use the service unlawfully or abusively.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Smartek Premium Technical Services, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
