Horizon PMS is a property management software platform operated by Smartek Premium Technical Services ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when users access Horizon PMS, including when users sign in through services such as Facebook Login.

Users may request deletion of personal data associated with Horizon PMS by emailing smartek.premium@gmail.com. Please include enough information for us to identify your account, such as your full name, organization name, email address, and the nature of your deletion request.
If you authenticated using Facebook Login, you can also remove Horizon PMS from your Facebook account by visiting your Facebook settings and removing the connected app. Removing the app from Facebook will stop future Facebook-based access, but you should still contact us if you want associated Horizon PMS records reviewed for deletion.
We may request additional information to verify identity before processing deletion requests. Some data may be retained where required for legal, contractual, fraud-prevention, audit, or security purposes.
